These terms are the agreement between you and us about using the SellSmarter AI app and the SellSmarter library.
Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the app by default, as it does to every app you download from the App Store. These terms add to it; they do not replace it. If something here conflicts with Apple's agreement on a point Apple's agreement covers, Apple's wording governs that point. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to you under them.
SellSmarter is a library of written prompts, tips, workflows and prompt chains for business-to-business selling. You read them in the app and copy them into an AI assistant of your own choosing.
SellSmarter does not run AI. It sends nothing to an AI service on your behalf and receives nothing back. When you use “Open in…”, the text goes to your clipboard and, if you choose, into the other app — under your own account with that provider, under their terms, at their price.
The free prompts and all of the tips are free to read, in full, with no account, for as long as the app exists. There is no trial clock on them and no usage limit.
Pro opens the rest of the library.

Your subscription is to SellSmarter only. It gives you no access to any other app or service, including others we may publish.
Signing in is optional, and the only way to sign in is with Apple. We do not set or hold passwords.
Keep your Apple Account secure; anything that happens through it on your device is treated as your own action. You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that with Apple, as above.
The library is licensed to you, the subscriber, personally. Within that:
You may use any prompt in your own selling work, edit it, adapt it, paste it into any AI tool you use, and use whatever that tool produces — including for commercial purposes, for your employer, and for your clients. That is what the library is for and we will never come after you for using it.
You may not:
Nothing here stops you from quoting a prompt in the ordinary course of your work, or showing one to a colleague. The line is redistribution of the collection, not use of its contents.
We own the library, the app, the name and the design. You own everything you write, everything you adapt, and everything your AI tool produces for you. We claim nothing in it.
The prompts are editorial suggestions written from sales practice. They are not advice for your specific situation.
We do not promise any outcome. Not a reply, not a meeting, not a deal, not a number, not a quota. Selling depends on your market, your product, your price and your exec, none of which we control or see.
AI output is produced by the tool you choose, not by us. It can be wrong, outdated or inappropriate. Read anything an AI writes before you send it to a customer. You are responsible for what you send.
The app is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, and nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with SellSmarter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost deals, lost data or any indirect loss.
You can stop using SellSmarter whenever you like, and delete your account in the app.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken — in practice, if an account is being used to copy the catalogue or to share Pro content. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to explain. If we end your access and you have paid for a period you cannot use, ask us and we will refer you to Apple for a refund of it.
The library changes: prompts are added, rewritten and retired. Sections may change. We will not remove the free tier described in section 3 for an existing user.
If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces what you get, it takes effect for you at your next renewal, not immediately — so you can cancel first.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of SellSmarter, are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we each agree to that venue. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be removed by agreement.
